Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.   Requirements Active RN or LVN License. Current BLS Certification. Generates and manages project submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s and material certifications so all are submitted and approved prior to the start of work.
