Position Summary We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to patients managing orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration, with resources designed to help you provide outstanding patient outcomes. Core Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments Design and implement customized treatment plans rooted in clinical evidence Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home exercises Maintain clear and timely documentation in the EMR Support prevention education and promote long-term functional wellness Adhere to all applicable practice guidelines and ethical standards Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S. only; excludes Puerto Rico) Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical records Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-based outpatient environment How to Apply If you're a motivated Physical Therapist looking to advance your career in a supportive, patient-focused clinic, we encourage you to apply.
