Requirements What You Bring: Solid cooking & prep skills (you know your FIFO and time & temps). Basic business understanding of the CNP kitchen including sanitation protocols and health inspection requirements. A positive, team-first mindset with leadership potential. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strength to lift, hustle, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
