About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Financials Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (R13) and Oracle E-Business Suite (11i/R12). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting, ERP implementations, and business process transformation across diverse industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and financial services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. Collaborate with stakeholders to define systems strategy, gather business requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis. Design and configure modules including: Oracle Cloud Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses Oracle Subledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Integrated Systems Testing, and End User Training (virtual and in-person). Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Oracle Support. Work closely with finance teams to design Chart of Accounts, financial reports, and accounting processes. Support Oracle Cloud EPM tools like ARCS and EPBCS (preferred). Requirements Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (11i/R12) 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (R13) Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting principles Experience in functional configuration, testing, and training delivery Excellent communication and documentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting; Master’s in MIS or related field preferred Chartered Accountant or equivalent certification is a plus Preferred Experience: Consulting background with firms like Oracle, Infosys, Genpact, or similar Industry experience in telecom, retail, manufacturing, or financial services Experience supporting large-scale clients
