Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated On Call - Traveling Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional personal care to clients in their homes. As a Traveling Caregiver - Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide personalized care and support to clients across various locations. Your role will be essential in improving the quality of life for those requiring assistance, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care while enjoying the comfort of their surroundings. Key Responsibilities: Travel to various client locations as needed, providing personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Ensure clients' safety and well-being during visits, assisting with mobility and transfers when necessary. Prepare meals and assist clients with feeding as needed. Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks to provide a clean and safe environment for clients. Shift Details: On-call hours 7A-7P - flexible availability required. Must be willing to travel to various locations for caregiving services. Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and must be willing to travel between client locations as needed. Proof of up-to-date immunizations and negative TB test required. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Senior Sales Executive - Central and Northeastern PA
VBA is looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong drive, a passion for sales, and an entrepreneurial mindset to grow VBA within the small, mid-market and national segments. The Senior Sales Executive will have existing broker and consultant relationships and will have the ability to cultivate new broker relationships by effectively presenting the VBA value proposition and managing the sales processes within VBA’s sales territories. In this position, you will engage in face-to-face prospecting, phone outreach, networking and leveraging referrals to set appointments, identify group needs and close sales. Adopting a consultative sales approach combined with proactive prospecting will empower you to excel and achieve your goals.
