Located near Three Peaks Recreational Park and overlooking Cedar City, Utah, Discovery Ranch South is a relationship-based residential treatment center based in experiential therapy. Experiential therapy activities include horseback riding, skiing, hiking, and rock climbing. Through these shared experiences, a mentor builds rapport with our students. These relationships are key to the healing process. Often the relationships formed with mentors are the most meaningful to our students and create deep and lasting change. We Serve families. Requirements 19+ years of age High School diploma or equivalent Eligible to work in the USA Able to pass background check Able to pass motor vehicle record check Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment) Works well within a team Strong problem-solving aptitude Good judgement Safety-oriented Firm, healthy boundaries Must be able to complete responsibilities under various weather conditions such as snow, ice, heat. Must be able to adhere to physical demands of walking, running, lifting, hiking, and animal related activities.
