That’s why Stitch has partnered with Talon.One, a composable loyalty and promotions platform built for marketers. As a Loyalty Strategist at Stitch, you’ll be the go-to expert helping brands design, optimize, and scale loyalty programs that integrate seamlessly with Braze. You’ll pair loyalty strategy expertise with lifecycle marketing know-how to help clients strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive long-term value. While our technical consultants handle the implementation and configuration, you’ll focus on the strategic side by shaping loyalty use cases, campaign design, and best practices to make loyalty work harder for our clients. This is a new role at Stitch, and you’ll help shape what loyalty strategy means inside our consultancy as we continue to grow. What You’ll Do Combine visionary storytelling with analytical rigor, maintain a test-and-learn orientation, and prioritize commercial ROI. Analyze campaign/channel metrics and partner with analytics teams to design tests, recommend data-driven improvements, and identify quick-win optimizations. Partner with clients to understand their customer engagement goals and translate them into scalable loyalty strategies. Design and refine loyalty programs using Talon.One and Braze, ensuring they’re powered by zero- and first-party data and built for real-time personalization. Collaborate with technical consultants to align loyalty strategy with implementation, ensuring seamless integration into existing Martech stacks. Develop campaign playbooks and frameworks for flexible promotions, real-time messaging, and long-term lifecycle marketing. Lead client workshops and strategy sessions on loyalty best practices, campaign ideation, and performance optimization. Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to Stitch’s thought leadership on loyalty and lifecycle marketing. Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leaders and client stakeholders. Hands-on knowledge of Braze and marketing automation platforms; comfortable in fast-paced consulting environments, proactive in surfacing insights, and adept at managing multiple priorities. Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable hour targets Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to client sites to actively participate in strategic discussions with a high level of engagement What Does Success Look Like In This Role? You contribute to Stitch’s reputation as the go-to consultancy for Braze-centered loyalty and customer engagement by sharing insights internally and externally. Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, CRM, or lifecycle marketing with a focus on loyalty programs. Strong understanding of how loyalty programs integrate with broader Martech ecosystems, ideally including Braze and/or Talon.One.
