Requirements Educational and Qualifying Experience, Skills, Licenses, Credentials Graduation from high school or GED equivalent. Two years of technical experience related to float construction. General knowledge of the methods, materials and tools used in float design, construction and decoration.. Current American Red Cross Certification in the following: Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED Must hold a CA Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to our insurance underwriters Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise student volunteers as necessary Facilitate weekend lab meetings and lab work days, establish safe work practices, and monitor work. Communication: Communicate any unsafe or hazardous issue to the Coordinator – Rose Float and/or the appropriate department. Inform ASI Business Office of donations to the Rose Float Lab.
