As a Retail District Manager, you’ll act as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and the field—ensuring all store locations are operationally ready, performance-driven, and aligned with company goals and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy · Oversee the sales and operational performance of multiple retail locations within an assigned district. · Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction. · Analyze KPIs and performance reports to identify opportunities, close performance gaps, and drive consistent results. Team Development & Coaching · Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to build a high-performing, customer-centric culture. · Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to improve team performance and career growth. · Partner with internal teams to deliver effective sales enablement, product training, and leadership development programs. Operational Excellence · Ensure all locations follow company policies and procedures including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising standards. · Conduct regular market and store visits to monitor operational readiness, customer experience, and brand compliance. · Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and corporate departments to ensure alignment on business priorities and initiatives. Customer Experience · Promote a customer-first mindset and ensure high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across all stores. · Champion consistent customer experience by leading with best practices and ensuring issue resolution processes are followed. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent professional experience). · 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in wireless, cable, or consumer electronics. · Proven success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. · Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools. · Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. · Willingness to travel throughout the market; valid driver’s license required if operating company or fleet vehicles. TGA Premier Sports runs a national sports enrichment program that specializes in at-school after school Tennis or Golf enrichment classes for elementary school students in the Wake County area. All enrichment classes take place on school campuses during the after school time period, usually starting between 2:00pm-5:00pm, and lasting 1 - 2 hours. We are looking for a coach who can coach one or both sports. Requirements: Must be enthusiastic and love working with children Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid Available in the afternoon at least 2-5 days per week and have a reliable source of transportation Experience working with children Passion for sports & physical fitness Previous instruction experience is not required just a passion for the games; TGA provides curriculum training Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clear background check.
