Job Title: Java Solution Architect Location: Tampa, FL/ Irving, TX Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Solution Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be able to drive complex solutioning discussions with clients, applying modern technology and AI-driven approaches. This role requires someone confident, articulate, and capable of presenting solutions at both technical and business levels, with strong exposure to telecom domain and OSS/BSS systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale Java applications. Drive complex client conversations involving solutioning, domain knowledge, and architecture design. Design and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Work extensively with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, and IAM. Incorporate AI/ML-driven approaches into solution architecture where relevant. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to proposals, architecture documents, and client presentations. Oversee delivery execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget. Required Skills & Experience: 13+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in an architect role. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud architecture. Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems in the telecom domain. Proven ability to design and implement complex enterprise solutions. Strong knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, and serverless technologies. Strong client-facing and presentation skills; able to confidently articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Experience in leading delivery teams and ensuring successful project execution. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience in financial services or other large-scale enterprise domains. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
