Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission aligned Safety Officer with the Safety Department. The Safety Officer will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life. We are seeking part-time Safety Officers to provide safety and welfare for the students and staff at all HCZ buildings. Cleaners Needed from 8PM to 12:30 AM Sunday night to Friday night for a total of 27 hours per week. Cleaners will be responsible for trash removal, moping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, etc. It is recommended that you have commercial cleaning experience but not required.
