Join Us at TownePlace Suites, Wareham, MA! We are excited to expand our team and are looking for a Part-time Houseperson to help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and service. As a Hotel Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in keeping our public spaces in top condition and assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed. You will also be involved in Setting up event spaces (FLIPS) for meetings, weddings, and other events, ensuring all arrangements meet our guests' expectations. We offer DailyPay, allowing you to get paid any day you choose, and if you refer someone to join our team, you can earn up to $500! Responsibilities: Cleaning and maintaining the general appearance of public areas and hotel corridors. Performing basic cleaning duties such as vacuuming, trash removal, and tidying common areas. Assisting guests with various requests to ensure their comfort. Handling light maintenance issues as they arise. Occasionally driving the hotel shuttle. Setting up event spaces (FLIPS) for meetings, weddings, and other events, ensuring all arrangements meet our guests' expectations. **May be EARLY morning or LATE evenings for the set ups, depending on the function. Pay: $17–$18 per hour Schedule: Weekdays and weekends; must have flexibility. PART-TIME Shift: Evening shifts available. Leading BIM Coordination process and assisting project teams with the implementation of Technology, Building Information Models and Virtual Design and Construction methodologies. Property Management System Administrator Rockford is seeking an experienced Property Management Systems (PMS) Administrator to oversee the configuration, optimization, and strategic use of Yardi and other property management software. Applicants must have substantial experience in property management operations AND hands-on expertise with Yardi or a comparable property management system (e.g., RealPage, MRI, AppFolio). A solid understanding of how technology supports day-to-day leasing, maintenance, accounting, and portfolio management is essential. This position requires regular in-person work at our Grand Rapids, Michigan office and is not a remote or hybrid role. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Optimization Serve as the primary administrator for Yardi and other property management systems. Oversee system configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications. Partner with Yardi account managers to explore new features, best practices, and process improvements. Identify and implement ancillary technology solutions to improve operational workflows and system efficiency.
