A track record of building something before, whether it's an open-source project, a business, or a club. Requirements 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance roles. Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, ISO, GDPR). Proven ability to implement GRC systems and processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech preferred.
