Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred) Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle hiring pipelines and daily staffing operations while maintaining quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interviewing and building relationships with clinical staff and families.  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
