Description As an Entry-Level Recruiter at Pressed Roots, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and hiring talented individuals to support our growing salon network. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of organization, and a passion for helping others grow their careers in beauty. You will support the full recruitment process from sourcing to hire while also assisting with onsite technical auditions for stylists (training provided). This role is hybrid and requires regular in-person availability in Dallas, Plano, and Arlington, with occasional travel to Houston. Because our stylist training cohorts often begin over the weekend, weekend availability is required. Requirements Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a customer service-facing role (experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality is a plus). Based in Texas with reliable transportation to visit salons and attend events in Dallas, Plano, Arlington, and occasionally Houston. Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems (Workable preferred) or other computer systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable learning new systems, receiving feedback, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
