Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with shoulder and elbow orthopedic conditions Perform detailed histories, physical exams, and order appropriate imaging or diagnostics Manage pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and recovery expectations Partner closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to ensure seamless care delivery Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR Participate in limited on-call coverage and support ongoing clinic operations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible) Active, unrestricted Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification as NP (AANP or ANCC) or PA (NCCPA) Minimum of 1–2 years of orthopedic experience, preferably focused on shoulder and elbow RNFA certification preferred Current BLS certification required How to Apply If you are an experienced orthopedic NP or PA seeking to specialize in shoulder and elbow care within a collegial and supportive practice, we invite you to apply.
