WHAT YOU WILL DO Define and uphold Kate Farms’ visual identity, voice, and brand experience across all channels, ensuring excellence and consistency. Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team: foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration. Oversee high-volume content development – from shoots to social campaigns, product launches, and medical sales tools. Establish creative processes, tools, and resources that enable speed, quality, and brand consistency. Creative budget management ($500K+), including vendor negotiation and contract management. Partner with Brand leadership to forecast needs, allocate resources, and problem-solve to deliver on time, on budget, and on brand. Support diverse hiring and related initiatives to meet company goals. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO 10+ years of creative/ design leadership experience in both consumer and healthcare/medical marketing. Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling creative teams. Portfolio showcasing breakthrough storytelling across digital, social, retail, and B2B channels. Hands-on creative expertise with ability to set strategic vision and execute directly. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creators, with strong judgment on in-house vs. outsourced work. Experience with FDA regulations and medical device/food advertising compliance strongly preferred but not required.   Experience and understanding of clinical vs. consumer messaging and healthcare professional communication standards, strongly preferred but not required.    Skilled in creative operations — implementing systems, tools, and processes for speed and consistency. Strong communicator and collaborator, who can influence senior stakeholders and inspire creative talent. Experience leading content production and simplifying complex ideas into engaging narratives. Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a problem-solving, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Dedicated to building high-performing teams while also supporting employees’ career growth in individual ways. Invites and uses the opinions and perspectives of others.
