Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapies, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed modalities
Provide services to adults, including those with co-occurring substance use or dual diagnoses
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Participate in clinical supervision, team consultations, and ongoing training
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
Current Arizona licensure or eligibility (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices
Experience working with adult populations and co-occurring disorders preferred
Competence with electronic health records (EHR)
Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required
