The Arc of Ocean County is looking for a Recreation Assistant to work in our Family Support Department to provide safe, engaging, and meaningful opportunities for Individuals with disabilities in Ocean County. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Recreation Assistant to work with individuals with disabilities in a social setting. A Recreation Assistant provides opportunities for participants to enhance their quality of life by increasing socialization skills, integrating into the community and participating in recreational activities on site and in their community. The successful candidate will possess the following qualities: Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience leading group events and coordinating activities Skilled in training and providing feedback to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Proven leadership abilities, with experience acting as the lead staff person Strong event planning and organizational skills The candidate will also provide supports during different group outings, social events (i.e. Dances, fitness clubs, arts & crafts, cooking clubs, etc.) and small group trips. They will provide transportation (using agency vehicles) and provide support and supervision during various activities. Additionally, they will encourage active involvement in all activities and present as a good social role model for all individuals within the programs. We’re seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in reaching their unique employment goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with service recipients to create personalized employment plans, identify strengths and challenges, and provide hands-on training to help them secure and succeed in competitive jobs. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, problem-solvers, and self-starters who are comfortable networking and building relationships with community partners. In addition to this, they also posses exemplary writing skills and computer literacy. Schedule: 8a-4p Monday–Friday or flexible to meet program needs. Occasional evening/weekend availability as needed. Description - Part Time Night Manager City Wide Facility Solutions - Gulf Coast is seeking a Part Time Night Manager to oversee accounts in the Pensacola area, coordinate service providers, and work with the Account Manager on resolving customer issues. As a City Wide Facility Solutions - Gulf Coast Night Manager you will be responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). Estimated Total Compensation: Based on historical earnings, total hourly compensation (including base wage and tip pool) typically ranges from $25-33 per hour.
