Delaware Nation Industries is seeking an experienced Power Applications Developer to support the United States Coast Guard. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) provides the Coast Guard (CG) surface fleet and other assigned assets with depot level maintenance, engineering, supply, logistics, IT support, application support, logistics and information services to support CG missions. Have knowledge in designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.  This includes Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.  Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. Produce code using Power Platform languages (Power Fx and JavaScript). Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in web, database and application design, development, and implementation of moderate to complex systems. Have experience dealing with end users and all levels of personnel for requirements gathering of pertinent information, and to determine the needs of the users and organization when analyzing and developing applications and systems. Have experience troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. Support the migration of Legacy applications into the Power Platform.  Support includes development, maintenance, enhancement and reporting support, testing, documentation, training, data integration support, studies, analyses, and documentation of all applications. Meet with customers to discuss and record information regarding requests, enhancements, system problems, etc., gather requirements and information in order to perform proper development, maintenance, and enhancements, or in performing testing and/or system analysis. Develop, maintain, and enhance applications based on the security standards and governance set-up by SFLC-BOD and CG policy, develop workflows for logistics business systems applications, test applications under development, and create Test Scripts for users to follow; and include them in the standard installation and update packages. Develop standard package information for each application. An example of a typical standard information package may consist of, but not limited to: ERD, Data Dictionary, Procedural Information, Technical Documentation for Admin, User Help Guides, Application Description and Justification, Application, Data Source, Power Automate Workflows, Power BI Reports, Test Scripts, and Installation Instructions. Assist users and POC(s) when developing and maintaining applications, and in overseeing testing of applications. Also gather testing results, review, and discuss results with Application POC(s), and make necessary fixes as requested/required. Review, respond to, and complete assigned BOD Service Requests in BOD Service Requests Application.  Use Application to document progress and notes and in moving requests through workflow stages to completion. Requirements This position requires a favorable fingerprint check and Tier 1 government security clearance investigation. Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC).
