Job Duties: -Painting Communication Towers (Guyed, Self Supporter, Monopoles, Met Towers and more) -Must be able to work at heights up to 1500+ feet; you are expected to become efficient in rigging and painting techniques. -Maintain a clean and orderly environment in living quarters as well as work area. Adhere to all company policies and industry regulation/standard(s) (OSHA) at all times. -Must have knowledge of basic hand tools -Availability is very important! -Attend training sessions and participate in certification programs as necessary -Ability to take direction and learn from experience; learn about hazards that you may encounter at tower sites (example: RF radiation). -Effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and customers. Strict attention to detail and organization; complete tasks in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality being your goal. -Must be self-motivated and very driven Preferred Experience: Climbing: 1 year (Rock Climbing, Rope Access is preferred) Required License or Certification: Driver's License (Preferably clean driving record, no DUI's) Requirements Complete the following requirements before employment: pass a drug test, criminal background check (no credit check), and a physical examination evaluation process during training. Capable of lifting 100 lbs. Obtain certifications in CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, Rescue, and Competent Climber. Be willing to travel for at least 5 weeks at a time and work overtime as needed. Hold and maintain a valid driver's license. Trailer-pulling experience is preferred Painting experience is a plus. Interviews applicant and requests specified information for loan application.  Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy.  Serves as subject matter expert and provides assistance to members about products that best meet their needs.  Acting supervisor in the absence of the Branch Manager.  This includes the opening and closing of branch as needed.  Works loan to obtain approval from centralized lending and then closes loan with member.  Responsible for securing liens on motor vehicles, and ensuring that the right documentation includes appropriate lien position on home equity loans.  Opens new accounts, checking, certificates, money markets, IRA or CD accounts.  Verifies eligibility for new account and processes through ChexSystems prior to opening new accounts.  Processes check orders for members. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of lending procedures, Credit Union guidelines, Lending Software, and the benefits and features of all loan products.  May perform the following teller duties:  receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements.  This includes loan payments and processing credit card payments and cash advances.  Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and member balances.  Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds in accordance with Advancial policies and procedures.  Apply payments to AFCU loans, credit card payments and cash advances.  Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts. Responsible for picking up and processing the Night Drop deposits from the branch ATM. Responsible for correcting all new account exceptions or transactional errors under Teller Number.  Provides account information and handles member's daily credit union needs.  Provides a variety of transaction services to members in the branch and by phone such as balance inquiry, transfer of funds, history information, stop payments or photocopy of check(s), etc.  This includes researching and resolving member concerns.  Processes and balances bond redemptions when necessary.  Makes copies and files correspondence and other records on a daily basis.  Opens and closes the branch as needed.   The salary range for this position is $24.74 -$30.93 /hr. and is based on relevant experience.
