Here genre- defining artists from Orson Wells and Lucille Ball to Janis Joplin, the Beach Boys, and Bob Dylan built their legacy.  Our Venice Beach House (VB) was once the creative home to some of the most influential creative luminaries in art and entertainment including Hal Ashby, Oliver Stone, and David Hockney, NeueHouse Venice Beach is a new work, social, and cultural hub for the Venice creative community.  The Role  Responsible for the management of F&B components of the Counter, In Room Dining, Gallery Bar, Programming, and Event Spaces. In addition, this individual is responsible for overseeing the F&B related aspects of events, both NH programmed and private events (beverage orders; staffing; overseeing service; etc.). Finally, the individual must represent NeueHouse as an ambassador of hospitality, warmth and grace in all interaction with our members and them guests.  Requirements The Floor Manager requires someone who is ready to: Responsible for instilling (and maintaining) hospitality standards in all new hires, as well as assisting with the training process.  Daily supervision of the Food and Beverage team, including both café and restaurant teams, with an emphasis on always achieving gracious and efficient service.
