GREAT OPPORTUNITY Our Company is seeking a Technician for our Restoration Company located in Staten Island New York. This position involves the ability to preform emergency response water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning services. Any certificates or experience in mold, lead and asbestos are a bonus. All employees must pass a responsibilities FOR RESTORATION TECHNICIAN INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Responding to daily emergency services such as water, fire, and smoke damage jobs. Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment. Removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc. Take moisture readings, measurements, set up commercial drying equipment.Background screening and have a clean drivers license. Requirements Ability to work in an on call rotation emergency response service to customers. Must be willing to participate in the on-call rotation. Excellent customer service and technical skills. Posses own transportation to and from work. High energy. Computer literate. "Can do" attitude and be willing to "do what it takes IICRC certification in water damage preferred but not required. Team player. Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers. No experience is needed will train.

Ski Area Associate, Lift Operations (25-26 Season S00600)
Provides all aspects of functions to support mountain operations at the Middlebury College Ski Areas at all times providing friendly and professional customer assistance. This is a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The starting wage for this position is $18.36 with increased wage for each returning ski season. Some hours are eligible for shift differential for nights and weekends.
