This position involves picking up and delivering packages or documents between various business and client locations. The route starts and ends in Warsaw, IN, with a consistent schedule Monday through Friday. We are a boutique firm, located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, which provides concierge-level service for our clients’ new builds, gut renovations and interior remodels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has at least 8 years of experience managing design projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee interior design projects from initial client brief through installation • Draft working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, perspectives, and interior detailing where needed • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and designers • Develop project budgets, pricing, timelines and FF&E schedules • Manage procurement, deliveries, and installation logistics • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget • Problem-solve on-site issues and provide real-time solutions • Maintain accurate project documentation and records Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design project management • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Drawing experience in CAD, Revit or Sketch Up • Proficient in project management software (Design Manager is a plus) and Google Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
