Karya Property Management (KPM) is seeking a motivated and skilled Community Manager for one of our premier residential properties. As a Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and vitality of the community you oversee. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs. Maintain property aesthetics and ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing on-site staff. Supervise marketing efforts to attract new residents and ensure timely leasing processes. Manage resident relations: address concerns, resolve complaints, and improve retention rates. Oversee financial operations, including daily collections and budget management. Train and guide staff to foster a collaborative and productive working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all permits. Regularly inspect vacant and make-ready units to guarantee quality readiness for new residents. Requirements A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role. Bilingual abilities are considered an asset. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media platforms is preferred. CAM or CAPS certification is a plus. Benefits Salary range will depend on property budget, size, and candidate experience with PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, & Basic Life Insurance. You will also earn bonus off of performance.

You’ll work directly with local leaders, organizations, and residents to amplify voices and support grassroots movements. Key Responsibilities Build and sustain relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and individuals. Facilitate educational opportunities, coalition-building, and crisis response. Engage businesses, community groups, and faith communities to support LGBTQ+ equality. Support local leaders in advancing pro-LGBTQ+ policies (e.g., non-discrimination ordinances).
