As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to specific engineering drawings and production schedules. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning smoothly. Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications to determine machining operations. Conduct quality control checks on finished products using measuring tools. Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to prevent breakdowns. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues. Document production output and report any discrepancies to management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines; Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications; Familiarity with various CNC programming languages; Strong attention to detail and precision in work; Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
