Oversee daily operations of the phone sales department, ensuring that representatives provide outstanding customer service. Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with team members. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotions with sales efforts. Handle escalation and resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in G-Suite and CRM Software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
