Description

At Life is Good, we believe work flows best when people are truly connected. That’s why we’re looking for a Business Process Manager who’s not just a problem-solver, but a natural superconnector. Sure, we use all the cool collaboration tools and tech, but you know they can never take the place of a smart, curious, caring human who loves solving problems. Sound like you? In this role, you’ll connect people and teams with very different needs—creative ideators, detail-oriented doers, and tech-savvy tinkerers—and help them cross the same bridge toward shared success. You’ll translate complexity into clarity, keep our systems humming, and design processes that make work feel smoother (and yes, more joyful). If you love building bridges between people and technology, and if simplifying the complicated feels like second nature, this could be your chance to make a real impact—and have fun doing it for a great brand with big projects on the horizon.
