Description As an Entry-Level Recruiter at Pressed Roots, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and hiring talented individuals to support our growing salon network. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of organization, and a passion for helping others grow their careers in beauty. You will support the full recruitment process from sourcing to hire while also assisting with onsite technical auditions for stylists (training provided). This role is hybrid and requires regular in-person availability in Dallas, Plano, and Arlington, with occasional travel to Houston. Because our stylist training cohorts often begin over the weekend, weekend availability is required. Requirements Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a customer service-facing role (experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality is a plus). Based in Texas with reliable transportation to visit salons and attend events in Dallas, Plano, Arlington, and occasionally Houston. Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with recruiting platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems (Workable preferred) or other computer systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable learning new systems, receiving feedback, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Description Must live in Broward County We need drivers to transport people to and from their medical appointments. Desired Shift: Drivers get to create their own schedules, business hours, Monday through Friday.   We have prescheduled, standing order member trips, with recurring appointments. Earnings are paid out weekly, via direct deposit. 1099 Independent Contractor Drivers are paid for every member loaded mile they complete. Rate details can be shared to this specific market while on a call. Requirements Be 21 years of age or older. Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years. Owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition. Vehicles must be no older than 15 years. Your vehicle will need to pass a Provado inspection. Your name MUST be listed on the registration of the car you'd be driving. Must have a clean driving record with no more than (1) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years. No DUI's or suspensions within the last (5) years. Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana. Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check.
