This full-time role involves overseeing drafting operations, managing redlines, and collaborating with production to ensure seamless execution of high-end millwork projects. We're looking for a skilled professional with a deep background in architectural millwork. Key Responsibilities: Oversee redline revisions, drawing reviews, and client/shop coordination. Develop detailed shop drawings for custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Work closely with project managers and CNC programmers to optimize workflows. Maintain drafting standards and improve internal processes. Provide training and guidance to junior drafters.
