Prepare engineering documents in accordance with the FRNP Engineering procedures including but not limited to engineering evaluations, technical specification, drawings, and quality level determinations. Assist in the development of request for proposals (RFP) and technical bid evaluations. Establish and maintain an open channel of communications with the PORTs site OSWDF organization for the purpose of benchmarking, incorporating lessons learned and feedback.
