Measure, cut, and thread pipes using various tools and techniques. Install and assemble pipes and fittings, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections. Perform inspections and tests to identify and repair leaks or other issues. Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in a industrial construction or similar setting. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation techniques. Ability to effectively use a variety of hand and power tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. Must pass Background and Drug Screen. Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Pay Range: $37-$42 per hour with overtime opportunities. (Based on experience) Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth within the designated region. This role involves creating strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service to meet our clients' needs. Job Description: Candidates should be residing in Tempe, AZ or any states in AZ. The Senior Developer position will perform duties related to the design, build, test and deployment of packaged and custom software solutions in support of Power Generation IT and OT applications. The position will perform troubleshooting, support of existing applications, build requested custom applications, data analysis, recommend solutions and provide fixes to technical issues encountered by users of the team’s applications. This individual will also work with vendors and coordinate vendor application support. There will be an on-call 24x7 rotating shift support requirement. Education Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment. Experience The ideal candidate will: -Possess skills in C#, HTML, Angular, CSS, SQL, Oracle, python, MVC, WPF, Azure DevOps, MVVM -Write high quality code that is robust and easy to maintain. -Have knowledge and experience with web services design and implementation. -Build flexible systems choosing simple, straightforward solutions over more complex ones. -Have a strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and Oracle. -Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. -Have experience with iterative and agile development methodologies (both Scrum and Kanban). -Have experience in compiling comprehensive and accurate documentation to represent application design and code. -Have strong customer focus and communication skills. -Have comfortability coordinating and liaising with vendors.
