We are seeking an Associate Medical Director (NP or PA) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our Adult Medicine department. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the AMD will play a key role in supervising day-to-day care delivery, supporting clinical staff, and fostering a culture of high-quality, equitable healthcare. The schedule includes: 1 day of clinical leadership providing department and personnel oversight 4 days providing clinical care to patients Compensation: $69.39 - $82.86 per hour / $144,331.20 - $172,348.80 salary, with an additional $20,000 per year leadership stipend, and a signing bonus available! To learn more, visit the following link:  Responsibilities: Manages administrative responsibilities such as effective integration and coordination of the clinical services department; scheduling and conducting departmental staff meetings, orienting, and mentoring new providers; ensuring clinical staff is updated and/or trained to standards Utilizes department and individual-specific data and dashboards to guide operational and clinical excellence Supervises, mentors, coaches, and develops clinicians utilizing qualitative and quantitative data Develops educational programming and support as assigned Participates in the recruitment, hiring, corrective action counseling and terminations as needed Responsible for peer review process and performance review for direct reports. Supports the Physicians and NP/PA/CNM’s in the accurate and timely completion of documentation and follow-up tasks Assumes clinical responsibility in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer. Provides regular, ongoing, and special reporting in functional areas. Facilitates monthly department meeting in support and alignment with the mission, vision and values of the organization Fosters an environment that promotes TVHC’s Quality Initiatives and supports removing barriers to achieving quality in medical care. This includes the development of clinical pathways to reduce unwarranted practice variation Performs health assessments, including a thorough history and physical examination, ordering or performing certain diagnostic tests, medication orders, evaluation of the psychosocial and family aspects of the situation sufficient to make a general health assessment, and diagnose the nature of common acute and chronic conditions, and any necessary follow-up care. Provides direct clinical medical services in the area of board certified (or board eligible) medical specialty in accordance with the highest applicable standards of medical and professional practice and in full accordance with health center protocols, policies and Job Description, Associate Medical Director. Provides leadership, vision, and direction of the department, including assisting in formulation and/or revision of medical program/clinical services policies and protocols. Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of TVHC’s clinical programs. Assist in planning and supervising new technologies and programs. Assumes other responsibilities at the direction of the Chief Medical Officer including but not limited to staff performance evaluations, monitoring providers’ PAQs. Requirements Must have license as an NP or PA, and board certification or eligibility within discipline required. Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of California, including DEA license (if applicable) and CPR required. Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience required. Minimum two (2) years of experience supervising providers and other clinical staff preferred. Experience in underserved communities or in a community health center setting preferred. Qualifications: Proficiency in clinical practice within the specified medical specialty. For MDs or DOs, a willingness to collaborate with and provide supervision to NP/PA/CNM providers as required. Ability to travel to designated locations as required by supervisor. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, in collaborative settings, required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Understands and is committed to maintaining highest level of confidentiality. Environmental Services Associate Maintains assigned guest and non-guest areas in a clean and sanitary condition by performing specialized cleaning tasks (janitorial), which involve operating heavy-duty equipment and using special cleaning equipment. Environmental Services Associate oversees housekeeping to ensure NHF remains healthy, safe and clean place to support our guest. Responsibilities and Initiatives To help NHF meet its growth goals, the Environmental Site Associate will: Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collecting trash, room setups, removing & delivering linen, performing regular housekeeping duties and performing special projects as assigned. Dust furniture, walls, picture frames, equipment, and blinds; clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and stock restroom; collect and dispose of trash. Performs discharge cleaning of guest rooms, nursing units, lounges, bathrooms, ancillary areas, offices, and any other areas assigned. Transports large carts of linen to and from various areas of the facility. Comply with OSHA’s regulations. Check and report any findings of contrabands. Must attend all training and in-service provided. Ensure the exterior of the program facility also remains clean and clutter free. Provide support and complete daily physical plant inspections. Project a positive professional image and adhere to organizational dress code. Must be flexible to adapt to schedules changes to meet the needs of the facility. Perform additional tasks/duties as assigned to meet the needs of the facility, notwithstanding primary roles. Always follow NHF policies and procedures. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months janitorial experience, in Healthcare or Recuperative Care (preferred). Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Some experience working in an environment with mental health, substance use disorder or related health care. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and cleaning methods. Ability to operate all types of housekeeping equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, auto-scrubbers, pressure/steam cleaning machine, etc.). Reliable transportation. Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred. TB test required. Fingerprint live scan /background required. Physical Requirements The duties as described will required frequent standing and walking. The employee will frequently bend/stoop, squat, reach above the shoulders, twist, and turn, kneel, and push/pull. The employee will frequently be required to lift/pull/push/move up to 50 pounds. Must utilize conversational speech for effective verbal communication. Noise level is high in some guest care areas. Summary of Responsibilities: The Director of Accounting (DOA) position is both a strategic and operational position that encompasses a wide range of activities with involvement in all phases of firm accounting operations including financial reporting, banking, insurance, legal, facilities, and firm operations. The DOA works closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) on accounting matters, firm-wide strategic efforts, policy setting, problem solving and decision making.  This position is responsible for planning, organization, directing and controlling the day-to-day accounting in the firm and for directing the implementation of many firm policies.  The DOA reports directly to the EVP and indirectly to the Managing Partner as well as the entire Partner group. Location: Bethesda, MD Salary range: $185k - $225k Essential Functions: Develops, executes, and maintains all necessary accounting policies, procedures, processes, and systems ensuring records are accurate and properly maintained. Prepares timely, detailed financial statements, and provides meaningful and useful analysis on results. Presents financial analysis to EVP, Executive Committee and Department Leaders as necessary, including trend analysis and recommendations. Develops annual budget by working collaboratively with various leaders and presents to Executive Committee for approval. Provides timely and meaningful budget to actual analysis, with recommendations for adjustments as needed.  Oversees and manages cash flow and prepares necessary cash management and working capital analyses. Responsible for all company audits. Ensures compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes. Administrator of company 401(k) and profit-sharing plan. Continuously reviews and make recommendations for improvement within the department, firm-wide, or elsewhere. Ensures the Internal Accounting Department is aligned with the Firm’s overall strategic plan, helping the Firm fulfill its Mission and Vision. Prepares various analysis to assist the EVP and Compensation Committee with the determination and payment of annual Partner bonuses and distributions, as well as the annual update of Partner deferred compensation amounts. Evaluates proposed operating contracts and capital investments and makes appropriate recommendations. Researches and recommends purchase of necessary office fixtures and equipment, negotiates and monitors maintenance contracts for office equipment and technology. Responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with all state and regulatory requirements for registering as a CPA firm, including managing the timely submission of registration documents, maintaining accurate records of state certifications, and coordinating any necessary renewals or updates. Other Functions: Provides necessary financial information for preparation of firm’s Federal and multiple state tax returns, responsible for timely filing of all returns. Oversees maintenance of all historical financial records generated by and/or associated with the accounting department. Oversees preparation and submission of all firm surveys including CPAmerica and Inside Public Accounting surveys, US Census Report and other governmental surveys. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees the Internal Accounting and Facilities staff. Directs all aspects of the accounting operations overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring all staff are cross trained as appropriate to effectively and efficiently perform as expected. Provides leadership, development, direction, and management of the internal accounting team, looking to continually enhance the team’s overall engagement. Requirements Education and Experience Required: The role of the Director of Accounting is a high-level professional position; hence a high level of experience is expected for anyone applying for this role. 10+ years’ experience in a Controller or senior level accounting leader role required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. CPA designation preferred, but not mandatory. Demonstrated Skill and Ability Requirements: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Background coordinating with IT, HR and Marketing leaders to ensure cohesion between all operational functions. Ability to establish and develop relationships with all staff, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, self-directed, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical, reasoning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate analysis and recommendations.
