Description

The Strategy and Change Management Analyst will be responsible for facilitating changes to operating procedures, processes, guidebooks and training artifacts in response to changes in processes and systems. The Analyst will be engaged with the client working within the audit readiness programs, to understand emerging changes that will impact existing documentation within the organization. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, strong communications, effective writing, strategic thinking and financial operations skills. Requirements Experience working in a DoD environment delivering strategic change management Strong financial operations and audit readiness background Experience developing processes using BPMN, LSS or other process definition models and approaches Experience coordinating work products to gain comments, feedback and then approval Strong customer relationship skills Experience with OMB A-123, GRC, and compliance requirements Ability to take requirements and evolve them into processes and procedures Experience developing training artifacts Bachelor's Degree required Six years of experience in a DoD financial operations office Secret clearance Benefits Since 1993, ITP has been providing reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet our customers’ goals and objectives in the commercial and public marketplace. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary escalation point for IT issues that L1 support cannot resolve, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Core Responsibilities: Microsoft Windows and macOS Environments: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Windows desktop and server operating systems. Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows systems and peripherals. Manage user profiles, permissions, and network troubleshoot. Offer advanced troubleshooting and technical support for macOS desktop operating systems. Linux Environment: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Linux-based systems, including servers and developer workstations. Google Workspace: Offer end-user support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications. Assist with user account administration and best practices guidance.
