Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload including construction defects, general liability, auto negligence, liquor liability, and bodily injury claims. Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and represent clients in court proceedings. Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Requirements: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Active license to practice law in Florida. Experiences: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation.
