Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Litigation Paralegal Overview: Our client is a nationally respected trial law firm specializing in high-stakes civil litigation for industries like automotive, consumer products, and medical devices. This is a hybrid role based in their Los Angeles, CA office, offering a fast-paced, intellectually engaging environment where paralegals are integral to the litigation team's success. Key Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence. Support attorneys throughout the discovery process, including depositions and subpoenas. Conduct detailed document review and maintain organized electronic case files. Prepare and manage exhibits and trial materials for proceedings. Analyze and summarize complex medical records and litigation data. Travel as needed to attend trials and provide onsite support to legal teams. Requirements: Education Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experiences Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience; defense-side experience is strongly preferred. Other Exceptional writing, organization, and communication skills. Familiarity with client billing practices and time entry. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. (for trial materials).
