Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Overview: A vital role providing high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis services. You will be responsible for the assessment, plan development, and oversight of behavior analytic services for individuals and their families, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses to develop individualized treatment plans. Design and implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures. Develop and teach adaptive life skills programs. Provide direct 1:1 supervision, training, and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and guide BCaBAs in accordance with BACB and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers (e.g., attending IEP/ISP meetings) to integrate and enhance intervention strategies. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, reports, and data in compliance with funder and organizational policies. Adhere to all clinical policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations. Communicate proactively with Program Management regarding client needs, service delivery concerns, and availability. Requirements: Education Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Must possess and maintain all required state licensure. Experience Proven experience conducting functional assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Experience providing supervision and training to RBTs and/or BCaBAs. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families. Other Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with technology and navigating online systems for documentation and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive professional relationships. Must be in good physical condition to perform the essential job functions.
