As a Director, Organizational Effectiveness Consulting you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients solve complex issues and delivering exceptional results. You are both a self-driven management consultant who excels at guiding organizations to accomplish their strategic objectives through effective execution, and a servant leader who believes that delivery excellence is essential and works to elevate the performance of the whole team. As a member of the Pioneer leadership team, you will contribute to the company and practice vision, strategy, and priorities. You will have opportunities to grow the business through client delivery, people leadership, practice development, and business development. You will be responsible for a team of consultants’ performance management and career development.  Our directors have the proven ability to effectively lead organizational effectiveness activities on transformation projects of medium to large size (global and non-global), ambiguous and complex structure, with varying technical and business requirements and thrive when they can dig in with their sleeves rolled up from day one to understand the internal landscape, build relationships with the client and internal team, and follow through on execution to achieve a desired outcome.  Responsibilities include:  Client Delivery  Own a portfolio of projects with full oversight and responsibility for delivery excellence  Lead or jump-start delivery efforts in the assigned practice  Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients at the C-Suite and Executive level  Engage clients to develop creative solutions that meet their unique needs and help achieve business results through change transformational initiatives    Leadership  Build and lead a highly capable and high performing team within the Organizational Effectiveness practice area  Plan for team growth, partner and participate in the recruiting process to fill open roles  Mange team members and projects to Pioneer methodologies and standard operating procedures  Lead and support career progression for direct reports and scale their influence across the organization  Manage key results and ensure each team member meets or exceeds expectations    Practice Development  Contribute to practice action plan to grow sales, create new service offerings to find solutions to important client challenges  Provide expertise to deepen and expand the firms’ product offerings and client solutions  Act as a thought leader for the practice area (e.g., writing blog posts, articles, speaking at events, etc.)  Provide ongoing training and coaching to the Organizational Effectiveness team  Develop and maintain Pioneer practice standards and processes    Business Growth  Drive revenue growth by supporting business development for existing and new accounts through strong, strategic relationships and smart measured prospecting and account management  Provide subject matter expertise to scope opportunities, contribute to proposal development and proposal delivery  Manage teams’ Statements of Work including SOW development, client onboarding, close-out, and customer satisfaction    Qualifications:   5+ years of relevant experience in an external consulting or industry role, with experience leading teams in organizational effectiveness and/or change management   10+ years of experience in developing and leading organizational effectiveness strategies that support large scale process/technology projects and/or transformational initiatives including organizational effectiveness and design  Experience implementing best-in-class change management solutions, methodologies, and tools  Experience in business development and/or proposal development  Proven track record of delivery; possesses a results-oriented mentality and is highly effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up focused on the critical priorities to drive positive results  Experience working in and leading/managing in a matrixed environment  Passionate about leading with humility, driving hard to do great work, while being connected to the team and things you love outside of work  Ability to influence and develop trusting relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams  Ability to exercise discretion and independent decision-making in responding to unique situations  Ability to strategically synthesize to draw out key themes, trends, and risks  Exceptional verbal, written communications, and facilitation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences including executive leadership  Ability to handle ambiguity and manage many responsibilities at one time to effectively partner with clients throughout the client project  Track record of successfully fostering client account growth and development   Proven skills in the identification and resolution of client challenges   Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement  High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite  Ability to commute to various clients across the metro area of the city this role is posted for  Bachelor’s degree preferred    Location:  Pioneer Minneapolis Office: 212 N 3rd Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401    The estimated salary range for this role is $160-205K annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related discipline Years of Experience: At least five years of experience supporting and managing HRIS function Technical Skills Proven experience managing HR Information Systems, UKG Pro experience is required and iCIMS experience is preferred Familiarity with DoD or comparable government contracting environments is preferred Proven experience managing employees Expertise in IT-related systems Proven experience in project management Experience in Reporting/BI tools, preferably Cognos, Business Objects, or advanced SQL skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint: Expertise in using these tools for data analysis and presentation. Data Extraction and Analysis: Ability to extract data from multiple sources and analyze large, disparate datasets. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Expertise in solving complex issues and analyzing data to derive solutions Interpersonal Skills Presentation and Communication: Ability to present research and analysis findings to key stakeholders effectively.
