Engage in continuous professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Requirements Current and valid RN license. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional education and training.
