Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the physician or authorized healthcare provider. Participate in quality improvement activities and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain professional knowledge and skills by attending continuing education programs and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.
