As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients while working alongside a supportive and experienced healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or mental conditions to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Offer emotional support to patients and their families. Maintain a clean and organized patient environment. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. 1-5 years of experience Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred. Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassion and empathy towards patients. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
