Skillset: OpenText Admin Location: Warren, NJ (no remote option) The short JD for the position that they are looking for: Experience in administrating OpenText xECM in a container environment, preferably AKS. Ability to design and configure OpenText xECM workspace, folder taxonomy, metadata management, and ACLs. Ability to design, maintain, and document Content Server environments, including add-on modules like Archive Center, Viewing Services, Migration Services, etc., in a container environment. Experience in supporting OpenText PS while installing OpenText in a container environment. Help the Architecture team to put together conceptual, physical, and application architecture to support a high-performance and scalable environment. Experience in OpenText xECM API and configuring a scalable environment to support future expansions. Experience in setting up optimized DR environments to support business continuity. Experience in administrating OpenText search indexes and backup & restore. Usage and understanding of operational monitoring tools as well as vulnerability tools. Experience in supporting configuration of email plug-ins, SSO, and other connectors like DocuSign, etc. Ability to work directly with high-level support resources at OpenText and raise support tickets as required. Demonstrated ability to design and implement customized OpenText xECM solutions while working independently. Assists in developing, producing, and distributing production reports and procedure manuals. Ability to contribute to operational “runbook” for Content Server operation. Certified OpenText xECM administration is mandatory. Experience in configuring OpenText platform to support GDPR compliance.

Senior Middleware Administrator
Experience: 5 Years The Senior Middleware Administrator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the GDOL Middleware environment, including, but not limited to, builds/deployment, patching and maintenance, automation (scripting), Project Support, troubleshooting, design, and certificate management.  This position works closely with Network Security, Application Development, Project Management, and Linux and Microsoft OS Server administration teams and is responsible for all facets related directly to or projects involving Middleware platform and infrastructure. The successful candidate should be highly skilled technically, with the ability to adapt quickly and provide solutions to complex scenarios.
