**Job Title:** Assembler **Location:** Nashville **Job Type:** Full-Time **Shift:** AWW Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm **Company:** American Metal Filter Company We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Assembler. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required — we provide on-the-job training! **Key Responsibilities:** * Assemble air filters accurately and efficiently according to daily production schedules * Create and prepare packets for production and packaging * Operate the punch-out machine in a safe and effective manner * Follow all safety protocols and company procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Communicate with team leads and report any issues with equipment or materials **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks * Willingness to learn and grow within the company * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly wage of $16.50/hour-$16.75/hr * Health and dental insurance options * Paid time off * Paid sick leave Please Note: This job description provides a general overview of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities or requirements.
