Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with construction experience to support our growing operations. This position plays a critical role in preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates from architectural drawings and specifications for custom door and window systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze architectural plans to produce accurate door and window take-offs. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to provide timely and competitive quotes. Use Excel, QuickBooks, and proprietary estimation software (training provided) to generate detailed proposals. Maintain consistent organization and version control of estimates. Communicate with vendors for up-to-date material pricing and lead times. Review project changes or updates for re-estimation as needed.
