Mercedes Benz project or parts - $950 (Colerain)

1997 Mercedes Benz C280, 4 door, paint is peeling in some areas, seats inside are in good condition, no dents on the outside either. Unfortunately we are not able to turn it on as it does need a new battery. It has been sitting for about a year due to buying other cars and not totally sure any other mechanic issues other than there was something going on with the tires as one of them had to be replaced about every 2 months due to rubbing. It was working other than that before sitting still in driveway. It is a older car and feel it would either be great for parts or a great project. Again cant turn on car so will be honest that I do not remember the exact number but mileage on car was around 140,000.
