Position: Pediatrician Location:  Maricopa, AZ Schedule: Full-Time Travel: No Compensation: $155k - $245k / Year Bonus: RVU Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage,  Loan Forgiveness, $200 Bi Weekly Wellness Credit, HSA Contributions Sign On Bonus / Relocation: Negotiable: $7,500 - $10,000 relocation available Call Required: Yes Job Summary: The Pediatrician position is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. This includes making diagnoses, formulating treatment plans, administering therapies, and collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and optimal patient care. The Pediatrician must have a child-friendly approach, sound clinical skills, and be dedicated to keeping up to date with advancements in pediatric medicine.  Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Examining and diagnosing various health conditions and illnesses common to children and adolescents. 2. Creating and implementing treatment plans in consultation with or referring to specialist physicians as necessary. 3. Advising and guiding parents and caregivers on proper child nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention strategies. 4. Monitoring and recording patients' developmental stages and milestones, and addressing any abnormalities or concerns. 5. Performing regular health checks and immunizations, and keeping comprehensive and accurate medical records. 6. Being available to address and attend to medical emergencies as required. 7. Liaising with other healthcare professionals and/or social services as necessary for the overall well-being of the child. 8. Participating in continual education and training to stay abreast of the latest findings and advancements in pediatric medicine.  9. Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring all medical practices comply with federal and state legal and health and safety regulations. 10. Establishing a trustful, open line of communication with patients and their families, showing compassion and understanding towards unique circumstances or concerns.
