In this role, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders, conducting evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and implementing treatment plans to improve overall patient health and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with ENT conditions. Diagnose and manage a variety of disorders affecting the ears, nose, throat, and related structures. Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions as necessary, including endoscopic procedures. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures. Maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Stay updated with the latest advancements in otolaryngology to enhance patient care. Requirements Required Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Active and unrestricted state medical license. Clinical experience in a similar setting, with proficiency in performing surgical and non-surgical ENT procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients and the healthcare team. Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in a subspecialty, such as pediatric otolaryngology or sleep medicine. Experience with advanced technological approaches (e.g., robotic surgery).
