This role offers a dynamic mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities within a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient-focused care, interprofessional teamwork, and ongoing professional development. You are self-motivated, confident in your clinical judgment, and value a team-based approach to care. While prior orthopedic experience is highly valued, we welcome applications from recent graduates with a strong interest in the specialty and a willingness to learn. Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans Deliver both acute and chronic care services, including exams, injections, medication management, and wound care Manage patient phone consultations and provide timely clinical guidance Support surgical procedures and offer assistance in the operating room Participate in inpatient rounds and contribute to shared on-call rotations Accurately document clinical encounters and coordinate with the broader care team Respond effectively to urgent clinical scenarios and emergency situations Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care Minimum Qualifications Completion of an accredited NP or PA program in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant First Assist training in accordance with AORN standards (if applicable) Orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Application Instructions To be considered, please submit your most current resume or CV.
