The Opportunity: Total Life is currently seeking a licensed Physician to provide virtual individual cognitive assessment & care plan services. Physicians must have proven experience working with older adults with cognitive impairment concerns. The role includes interpreting test results, formulating care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patients experiencing cognitive concerns. This is a remote position. Your Role: Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals. Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results. Work in compliance with Medicare billing requirements for cognitive assessment services. Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health records system (EHR). Requirements Our Requirements: MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license At least 2 years experience in neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, primary care, or a related field preferred Familiarity with cognitive testing tools such as MoCA, MMSE, or equivalent Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy Familiarity with CMS guidelines for cognitive assessments Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+ Must have an active NPI Must be available to start with a minimum of 5 hours per week Benefits Compensation: $120-$130 per hour based on experience and credentials.
