Position Description:   As an Expert Aesthetic Provider at Skin Clique, you will deliver treatments directly to patients at their homes or other preferred settings, following our established safety protocols and best practices.  Your responsibilities will include:   Conducting thorough treatment and skincare consultations   Administering Skin Clique treatments such as neurotoxin injections, chemical peels, and dermaplaning on a regular basis to maintain required skills  Educating patients on our services and providing detailed aftercare instructions  Monitoring follow-up care to ensure satisfaction with results   Responding promptly and professionally to patient questions and concerns  Adhering to Skin Clique's policies, procedures, and maintaining high sanitation and sterilization standards  Keeping detailed records of all treatments in our electronic medical record system  Promoting Skin Clique's services and products to drive patient acquisition and retention  Contributing to a positive work environment by upholding our core values and maintaining a positive attitude  Attending and actively participating in training sessions and virtual staff meetings regularly  Requirements This position requires you to provide in-person, concierge aesthetics procedures throughout your community. Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)  Master's Degree from an accredited NP or PA program  Current BLS or ACLS certification  Auto-Insurance Coverage   Availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to growing your Skin Clique practice   Commitment to complete Skin Clique training and demonstrate safe, effective administration of treatments  Proficient fine motor skill for performing procedural treatments  Preferred experience in patient acquisition Capability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with other Skin Clique providers  Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude Motor Skills Requirement: Candidates must possess adequate motor function to physically interact with patients, such as assessing anatomy and physiology to determine appropriate dosage and treatment plans. They must be able to perform motor tasks necessary for delivering general aesthetic care and emergency interventions, such as first aid or CPR. Additionally, candidates must be able to carry out the motor movements required for aesthetic injections and procedures, which involve coordination of fine motor skills, and effective use of both touch and vision. Requirements Primary Job Functions: Evaluate and treat patients with a range of ENT conditions. Will perform ENT procedures, such as fiberoptic scope exams, drainage abscesses, control of epistaxis, ear exams, biopsies, tracheostomy care and tracheostomy tube changes, etc. Provide patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of the supervising staff physicians. Responsible for evaluating patients in a private practice setting, obtaining relevant medical history, performing a thorough ENT exam, ordering appropriate imaging, interpreting tests and developing care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Reviews and revises treatment and therapy plans as needed. Administers medications and/or refills according to practice and formulary protocols or upon patient-specific orders from the supervising physician, both orally and in writing on a patients’ records. Orders and collects specimens for routine laboratory tests. Orders appropriate imaging or ancillary services as indicated. Initiates and coordinates patient referrals to other physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities and community resources. Performs clinical procedures that have been approved by supervising physician without the presence of a supervising physician within established scope of practice guidelines. Completes all medical record documentation as required. Proficient with EMR systems. Ability to build rapport with patients and adapt to new environments. Answers patient messages, calls, and triages. Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and clinical policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned by Physician or Practice Administrator. Qualifications and Certifications: Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. Current unencumbered licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania required. Must be board certified from the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) at the time of hire and maintain certification throughout employment with Align ENT & Allergy. Prior experience as a Physician Assistant in ENT preferred, will train in ENT specialty if candidate has prior clinical training. Current AHA BLS. The physician assistant must be registered with the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for scheduled II-V Controlled Substances if prescribing controlled substances. Pennsylvania Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Supervision: Supervision is provided by attending physician in the Clinic, Service or Department. The supervising physician has continuing responsibility to follow the progress of the patient and to ensure that the physician assistant does not function autonomously and is responsible for all medical services provided by a Physician Assistant under his or her supervision.
